How these work — read once

  1. First time through: take all five. Movement is always your daily floor (the Till), no matter what. Then, of the other four, whichever pillar you score highest on is your plot — the one thing you focus on this cycle.
  2. Every 4–6 weeks after (up to 8–12 for a bigger change): re-take just your plot's quiz. If it dropped into "maintain," rotate to your next-highest pillar. If it didn't move, the input was too light — don't rotate, add input.

The quiz is the boss, not your boredom.
